She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1984 and is also admitted to practice in all Texas Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Ms. Durbin began her legal career with Plunkett, Gibson & Allen in 1982 as a law clerk. Ms. Durbin worked for Plunkett, Gibson & Allen for twelve years where she eventually became a Shareholder. She continued her career as a founding Shareholder of the Law Firm of Allen, Stein & Durbin. Ms. Durbin has over twenty years of trial experience in both insurance and personal injury litigation and has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She was voted one of “San Antonio’s Best Lawyers” by attorneys throughout the San Antonio area. She is a member and Past President of the San Antonio Bar Association and a Member and Past President of the American Board of Trial Advocates – San Antonio Chapter. She has served on numerous State Bar committees, having been elected to serve as a Director of the State Bar of Texas from 2001 to 2004.
