Mr. Fogle has a wide and varied experience in the use and defense of Temporary Restraining Orders, Temporary and Permanent Injunctions in media, commercial and intellectual property matters. Based on his trial experience and standing in the community, he was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2003 and has earned an “AV” rating from his peers in the Martindale Hubble legal directory for many years.
