Arbitrations: $2000 per day for hearings, and $250 per hour for per-hearing matters, study and review time and preperation of Arbitrator's Award; Two party Mediations: $900 per day per party, $450 per half day per party; Cancellation Policy: A one day cancellation fee of $2000.00 shall be charged for arbitration hearing cancelled within five (5) business days of the scheduled hearing date.
