Engaged in the mediation and arbitration in employment, commercial dispute and bankruptcy areas. Strong practice as an Arbitrator in these and other areas, and admitted as a Qualified Neutral for several U.S. District Courts. Actively engaged as Arbitrator on the Employment Law and Large Commercial Dispute Panels of AAA and CPR, Chartered Institute and AHLA. Has served as Chapter 11 Trustee in a major Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, and represented the Chapter 11 Trustee in the San Diego Chapter 11 of In re: NuCorp Energy, Inc. 1997-Present; Attorney/Shareholder – Section Head; Cox Smith Matthews; San Antonio, Texas; Shareholder in charge of practice group engaged in representing employees and management agencies and state and federal courts. Extensive experience in general civil litigation in state and federal courts, including litigation between and among royalty owners, working interest owners, producers and refiners. Also lead counsel of significant national practice involving representation of debtors, secured creditors, creditors’ committees, indenture trustees and Chapter 11 trustees in major business bankruptcies. 1975- 1997; Braniff Airways Inc., 1973-1975; Inhouse Labor Relations Counsel - responsibilities included Title VII and employment discrimination litigation, collective bargaining and arbitration relating to approximately 10,600 employees covered by contracts with the Machinists, Teamsters and Pilots Unions.

Two Party Arbritrations (General Commercial): $175/Hour Per Party; All Other Arbitrations/Mediations: $150/Hour Per Party; Employment Arbitration: $250/Hour with $250/Hour for study and analysis time outside of hearings.
