Rates
Arbitrations: $2,000.00 per day for hearings, and $250.00 per hour for pre-hearing matters, study and review time, and preparation of Arbitrator’s Award; Two Party Mediations: $900.00 per day per party, $450.00 per half day per party; Cancellation Policy; A one day cancellation fee of $2,000.00 shall be charged for arbitration hearings cancelled within five (5) business days of the scheduled hearing date.
